Senior thesis investigating how the Catholic Church has shaped conscience rights within U.S. healthcare, especially when it comes to abortion provision. By highlighting the unexplored potential of a particular stream of Catholic moral theology, the project revealed a path towards a more pluralistic conscience framework, grounded in the moral logic of compromise.
